Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class. For morning classes, any cancellation after 10pm is late; for evening classes, after 12pm is late. Late cancellations deduct a class credit.
Freezing & extending packages
Packages can be frozen for 7–30 days once per purchase with proof of reason (medical or travel). Extensions are available for a small fee under our terms.
