15 October 2026 | 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Where Beauty Meets Wellbeing
What if a beauty ritual could be more than just a moment in front of the mirror? What if it could become an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and nurture your wellbeing from the inside out?
On 15 October 2026, Milbon X The Norma Studio brought this philosophy to life through an immersive Beauty & Wellness Experience, inviting participants to explore the connection between feeling good and looking good.
Designed as a journey of self-care for both body and mind, the event combined mindful movement, immersive sound healing, personalised essential oil creation, and professional hair care. Through thoughtfully curated experiences led by Siva Yoga, TYME, and The Norma Studio, participants were encouraged to step away from their daily routines and enjoy a few hours dedicated entirely to themselves.
With two sessions held throughout the day — a morning session from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and an afternoon session from 2:45 PM to 4:30 PM — each group embarked on its own journey through three unique wellness stations.
Starting with Movement: A 20-Minute Yoga Experience by Siva Yoga
Every journey began with a short, guided 20-minute yoga experience led by Siva Yoga, creating a gentle transition from the busyness of everyday life into a more mindful state of being.
Through simple movements, intentional breathing, and moments of awareness, participants were invited to reconnect with their bodies, release some accumulated tension, and settle into the present moment.
Yoga is often associated with physical postures and flexibility, but its benefits extend far beyond what we see on the mat. It offers us a chance to pause, observe how we feel, and create space for ourselves — even if we have only a few minutes to spare.
This introductory practice set the tone for the experiences that followed, reminding everyone that self-care doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes, all it takes is a conscious breath, a gentle stretch, and the willingness to slow down.
Three Stations, Three Ways to Experience Self-Care
Following the opening yoga session, participants were divided into three groups, rotating through carefully designed stations that offered different ways to experience relaxation, creativity, and personal care.
Station 1: Immersive Sound Healing by Siva Yoga
A moment to pause, unwind, and simply be.
In a world filled with constant notifications, responsibilities, and stimulation, finding moments of stillness can feel like a luxury. The 30-minute immersive sound healing experience by Siva Yoga offered participants an opportunity to step away from the noise and immerse themselves in a more tranquil environment.
Through the resonant tones and layered vibrations of sound healing instruments, participants were invited to relax, turn their attention inward, and become more aware of their breath and bodily sensations.
Unlike a typical wellness activity that requires active participation, sound healing encourages a different approach: there is nothing to achieve, nothing to perfect, and nowhere else to be. Participants could simply settle in, listen, and allow themselves to experience the moment in their own way.
The experience highlighted an often-overlooked aspect of beauty and wellbeing — the importance of caring for our inner state, not just our outward appearance.
Because true self-care is not always about doing more. Sometimes, it is about giving ourselves permission to do less.
Station 2: Essential Oil Making by TYME
Create something personal. Connect with your senses.
At the essential oil-making station hosted by TYME, participants explored another dimension of self-care through scent and creativity.
Essential oils are widely appreciated in personal wellness rituals for their distinctive aromas and the sensory experiences they offer. From fresh and uplifting notes to warm, grounding fragrances, different scents can evoke memories, influence how we experience a space, and become meaningful additions to our everyday routines.
Through this hands-on activity, participants had the opportunity to engage with the world of aromatic self-care and create a more personal connection with their chosen scents.
Beyond taking home something they had made themselves, the experience served as a reminder that wellness can be woven into the little things we do every day — whether through a favourite fragrance, a quiet morning ritual, or a few intentional moments at the end of a long day.
Self-care doesn't need to wait for a special occasion. It can begin with something as simple as a scent that reminds us to take a breath.
Station 3: Hair Wash & Hair Setting by The Norma Studio
Professional hair care meets the art of everyday beauty.
Completing the experience was a dedicated hair-care station by The Norma Studio, featuring Elujuda, Milbon's hair-care line.
Participants were treated to a professional hair-washing and hair-setting experience, discovering how the right hair-care routine and styling techniques can complement their individual needs and personal style.
More than a finishing touch, this station celebrated the confidence that can come from feeling refreshed, cared for, and comfortable in your own skin.
With Milbon's Elujuda products incorporated into the experience, participants could discover a new dimension of hair care through professional application and styling. The session also offered an opportunity to appreciate the details behind a salon-quality finish, from the hair-washing ritual to the final styling.
It was a beautiful reminder that beauty rituals can be both practical and restorative — moments to care for ourselves while enjoying the expertise of professionals who understand the craft.
One Event, One Shared Philosophy: Beauty Begins with Wellbeing
What made the Milbon X The Norma Studio experience special was not simply the variety of activities, but the way each experience complemented the others.
Yoga invited participants to reconnect with their bodies. Sound healing created space for stillness. Essential oil making encouraged sensory exploration and creativity. Professional hair care celebrated the outward expression of feeling refreshed and confident.
Together, these experiences reflected a more holistic perspective on beauty — one that recognises the value of caring for ourselves on multiple levels.
Wellbeing does not look the same for everyone. For some, it may be movement and breath. For others, it may be a quiet moment with soothing sounds, a fragrance that brings comfort, or a hair-care ritual that helps them feel their best.
There is no single right way to practise self-care. What matters is making space for the things that help us feel more connected, balanced, and cared for.
A Moment for Yourself Is Never Time Wasted
In our fast-paced lives, we often prioritise our responsibilities, our work, and the people around us before considering our own needs. Events like this remind us that taking time for ourselves is not an indulgence; it is an important part of maintaining a more balanced relationship with our bodies, minds, and daily lives.
The Milbon X The Norma Studio Beauty & Wellness Experience brought together movement, sound, scent, and hair care in a thoughtful celebration of self-care.
A heartfelt thank you to Milbon, The Norma Studio, and TYME for bringing this collaborative experience to life, and to every participant who took the time to join us.
At Siva Yoga, we believe that wellness extends beyond the yoga mat. It is found in the way we breathe, the moments we allow ourselves to rest, and the small rituals that help us reconnect with who we are.
Because beauty is not only about how we look. It is also about how we feel, how we care for ourselves, and how we show up in the world.
Here's to making more room for mindful moments, meaningful rituals, and a softer approach to everyday living.
With love and gratitude,
